Audiovisual Engineer

We're partnering with a well-known retail organization to hire an AV/IT Systems Engineer to support enterprise workplace technology and modern audiovisual systems across a fast-paced corporate environment.

This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, supporting live technology environments, and working with the latest AV solutions. You'll play a key role in maintaining and improving workplace collaboration technology, digital signage, meeting spaces, and event support across the site.

Responsibilities

• Support, troubleshoot, and maintain enterprise AV and workplace technology
• Configure and support Microsoft Teams Rooms and video conferencing solutions
• Install, upgrade, and maintain digital signage and video wall systems
• Provide technical support for internal meetings, presentations, and corporate events
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related AV issues
• Work with external vendors on installations, upgrades, and preventative maintenance
• Improve system reliability, performance, and user experience across AV environments
• Document system configurations, procedures, and technical standards

• Experience supporting enterprise AV or workplace technology environments
• Strong troubleshooting skills across AV hardware and software
• Experience supporting conference room technology and collaboration platforms
• Comfortable working onsite in a fast-paced corporate environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Crestron, Extron, or Q-SYS
• Microsoft Teams Rooms
• Cisco or Logitech conferencing solutions
• BrightSign or other digital signage platforms
• PTZ cameras, microphones, mixers, and audio DSPs
• AV-over-IP technologies
• TCP/IP networking and VLAN fundamentals
