Job description

We're looking for a detail-oriented Data Quality Specialist to support the validation and quality control of data feeds delivered to our customers.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role centered around data accuracy, consistency, and issue resolution. This position is best suited for someone who enjoys working directly with data, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring high-quality outputs.

What You'll Do

  • Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing data to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies and exceptions
  • Review data outputs against defined quality standards and guidelines
  • Document findings and clearly communicate issues and resolutions to internal teams
  • Collaborate with team members to manage workload and meet production timelines
  • Support ongoing improvements to data quality processes and workflows

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience working with data in a quality, operations, or analyst support capacity
  • Basic to intermediate SQL skills (focused on querying and validation, not heavy modeling)
  • Strong Excel skills (filters, formulas, pivot tables)
  • High attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies in data
  • Problem-solving mindset with a curiosity to investigate issues
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a deadline-driven environment
