Requirements
- Preferred technical experience includes Windows administration, Linux administration, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs), Operator Interface Panels (OIPs), client/server architectures, Penguin (Stratus) ztC Edge and ft Server technologies.
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting, configuring, and supporting PLC and HMI systems, including current and legacy hardware and PLC programming platforms such as Rockwell Studio 5000, Emerson Client Machine Edition, B&R Automation Studio. HMI Application Experience: FactoryTalk View SE, Inductive Automation Ignition,7-10 years of experience supporting Terminal Automation Systems (Top tech TMS) and/or Operational Technology (OT) environments within refined fuels or related industrial domains.
Primary Technical Skills (Mandatory)

TMS (Terminal Management System) - TMS6 / TMS7 support and troubleshooting

Linux / Red Hat - command-line operations, log analysis, service and process management

MySQL - basic queries, transaction and data validation

OT integrations & transaction flow knowledge - Toptech, Tabs/TDS, Digi, Railman

Ability to troubleshoot application, system, and integration issues in an OT environment
Secondary ITSM / Operational Skills

Incident Management - issue triage, troubleshooting, and resolution

P1 / P2 Incident Handling - experience in participating critical incidents and participating in bridge calls

Root Cause Analysis (RCA) - identify root causes and implement corrective / preventive actions

Vendor Escalations - coordination with third-party vendors for issue resolution and tracking

Experience working within ITSM processes (incident, escalation, communication, closure)
