Job description

We're looking for an Endpoint Systems Administrator who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, improving endpoint security, and supporting employees across a fast-paced organization. If you're someone who loves working across Windows and macOS environments, enjoys troubleshooting, and wants to help shape the future of enterprise IT, we'd love to meet you.

In this role, you'll serve as a key member of our Technology Enablement team by managing endpoint infrastructure, strengthening security, and providing advanced technical support across the organization. You'll partner with teammates across IT to ensure our systems remain reliable, secure, and efficient. Shift available: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., with occasional after-hours and weekend support as needed. This position requires regular onsite presence at our facilities in Chanhassen and Shakopee, Minnesota., * administer and optimize endpoint management platforms for Windows and macOS devices

  • deploy configure, and support laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals
  • manage security updates, endpoint compliance, antivirus, and endpoint detection tools
  • troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and connectivity issues while serving as an escalation point for technical support
  • support Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Suite, and other enterprise applications
  • perform hardware diagnostics and repairs on laptops and desktops
  • administer Active Directory, Group Policy, user provisioning, and endpoint security policies
  • assist with network infrastructure including Cisco Meraki hardware, wireless access points, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP troubleshooting
  • participate in vulnerability remediation, security initiatives, and incident response activities
  • mentor Level 1 support team members and helping drive continuous improvement across IT operations

Requirements

  • a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience
  • 2+ years supporting enterprise IT environments
  • experience administering Windows and macOS devices
  • working knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy
  • experience with endpoint management platforms such as Endpoint Central, Kandji, Intune, Jamf, or similar tools
  • strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
  • excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • outstanding communication skills and a customer-first mindset
  • CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certifications
  • Experience with Cisco Meraki environments
  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with endpoint security frameworks and security best practices

  • obtain a technical aptitude and advanced knowledge of technologies such as: Windows and macOS desktop support, core Microsoft Office Applications, and networking technologies
  • have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • be flexible and change activities quickly, based on business needs
  • be able to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • adhere to a strong work ethic with a desire to learn, grow and develop new skills
  • have strong communication and Solid organizational skills, * able to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing. Strong interpersonal skills including, demonstrated listening skills and the ability to present ideas and thoughts concisely and effectively both internally and outside the organization

Compensation Range: $65,000 - 75,000 annually

  • Range reflects our good-faith assessment of our hiring range for this role based on market conditions, experience level, and internal equity considerations.
