Requirements
Bachelor's Degree DEGREE (Focus) Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Information Technology, Applied Mathematics, Robotics, Control Systems Engineering, Mechatronics, Telecommunications, Network Engineering, Data Science, Physics, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Systems Integration, etc. ALTERNATE EXPERIENCE General comment on degrees: Most contracts allow additional experience (4-5 years) in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree. Some contracts give 4-5 years experience credit for a Bachelor's Degree. Some contracts give 2 years experience credit for a Master's Degree. We will work with you to find the right fit., * Proficiency in embedded software development
- Expertise in system integration and testing
- Knowledge of real-time operating systems (RTOS)
- Strong understanding of communication protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, UART)
- Experience with hardware abstraction layers (HAL)
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
DESIRED SKILLS
- Familiarity with geospatial software and systems
- Knowledge of power management and energy efficiency for terrestrial systems
- Experience with simulation and modeling tools
- Understanding of fault tolerance and system recovery techniques
- Proficiency in C/C++ and Python programming languages
- Ability to automate software deployment and testing
