Job description
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Computer User Support Specialists to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client's project requirements and company delivery standards., The candidate will be responsible for:
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues through troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Install, configure, maintain, and support computer systems, peripherals, and enterprise software applications.
- Monitor system performance, diagnose technical problems, and perform routine maintenance to ensure operational reliability.
- Document support requests, resolutions, technical procedures, and knowledge base articles to improve service delivery.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience
0-2 years of experience in technical support, IT help desk, desktop support, or user support services.
