Requirements
o ServiceNow: Knowledge of ServiceNow architecture principles, experience delivering large-scale projects on the ServiceNow platform, ability to communicate recommended practices and guidance to customers and project teams.
o Production support/maintenance work, for eg. Upgrade and Clone support
o Experience with: ITSM/ITOM/CSM/HAM/FSM/Asset/CMDB
o Support of integration points to/from ServiceNow (SailPoint, JIRA, UpStart)
