This is a strategic role for an analyst who understands that "people data" is the most valuable asset in the organization. You will not just be building reports; you will be answering critical questions about workforce trends, organizational health, and operational effectiveness. If you are a technical expert who enjoys bridging the gap between complex datasets and human-centric business decisions, this is the perfect opportunity., Analytics & Visualization Dashboard Design: Build, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards and reporting tools that provide real-time visibility into key organizational metrics. Insights & Storytelling: Translate complex workforce trends into clear, compelling presentations. Deliver actionable recommendations to HR leaders and cross-functional stakeholders. Automation: Transition manual, spreadsheet-based processes into scalable, automated, and self-service reporting solutions.
Data Governance & Integrity Data Foundation: Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of organizational data. Conduct regular audits and maintain robust data governance practices. Stakeholder Partnership: Partner with internal teams (Talent, Compensation, Operations, and Business Leadership) to translate their business questions into clear analytical requirements. Ad-Hoc Analysis: Support recurring reporting cycles while also leading ad-hoc deep-dives into specific risks, opportunities, and trends that impact the organization.
Requirements
We are seeking a Senior People Data Analyst to transform raw organizational data into actionable insights that drive business strategy. You will own the analytical lifecycle-from building automated dashboards and performing complex trend analysis to presenting data-driven recommendations to leadership., Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Experience Baseline: 3-5 years of professional experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Web Analytics. Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python (or similar data manipulation languages) and expert-level skills in Excel. Visualization: Proven experience building high-impact visualizations in Tableau or PowerBI.
Preferred Attributes A strong foundation in Data Governance-you understand that data is only as good as the processes used to collect and clean it. Demonstrated ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion. A "consultative" approach: You enjoy teaching non-technical audiences how to interpret data and use it to make better decisions.
