· Accountable to lead technical design and development Responsible for converting UI and Mid-Tier Design specifications and prototypes into system design

· Provide technical leadership to onsite and offshore team members

· Responsible for converting functional requirements into system design

· Participate in design review with Vanguard UI Development lead and team collaboration sessions

· Participate in design review with Vanguard Mid-tier Development lead and team collaboration sessions

· Guide Team members with trouble shooting and technical issues

· Participate in Test Driven Development (TDD) methodology

· Participate in design review and team collaboration sessions (TDD)

· Code, Unit Test, and Integration Test

· Peer and Vanguard UI Development lead review of code

· Verify functionality/defect fix, determine root cause

· Ask clarifications to Vanguard UI Development lead, Vanguard Mid-tier Development lead, Designers, or BSA

· Raise issues/dependencies to Scrum Master or Delivery Manager Place a 1CALL Vanguard incident quickly to expedite any environment outages.
