Job description
An established financial services organization is seeking a Scrum Master to support a high-visibility remote initiative. This role will lead Agile delivery efforts, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and help drive effective sprint execution across cross-functional teams., * Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Coach the team on Scrum practices and Agile principles to support consistent delivery
- Identify, troubleshoot, and remove impediments that affect productivity and sprint progress
- Partner with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to prioritize work and achieve project milestones
- Track sprint progress, team metrics, and work items using Azure DevOps and ServiceNow
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience serving as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience using Azure DevOps for Agile planning and sprint management
- Experience working with ServiceNow
- Strong understanding of Scrum methodologies and Agile frameworks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proven ability to facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams
Desired Skills:
- Certified Scrum Master or Professional Scrum Master certification
- Experience supporting CMDB, ITSM, or enterprise technology initiatives
- Experience working within large enterprise or financial services environments
- Knowledge of Agile metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement practices
- Experience coaching Agile teams and mentoring team members
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
