Job description

An established financial services organization is seeking a Scrum Master to support a high-visibility remote initiative. This role will lead Agile delivery efforts, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and help drive effective sprint execution across cross-functional teams., * Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives

  • Coach the team on Scrum practices and Agile principles to support consistent delivery
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and remove impediments that affect productivity and sprint progress
  • Partner with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to prioritize work and achieve project milestones
  • Track sprint progress, team metrics, and work items using Azure DevOps and ServiceNow

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience serving as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience using Azure DevOps for Agile planning and sprint management
  • Experience working with ServiceNow
  • Strong understanding of Scrum methodologies and Agile frameworks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proven ability to facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams

Desired Skills:

  • Certified Scrum Master or Professional Scrum Master certification
  • Experience supporting CMDB, ITSM, or enterprise technology initiatives
  • Experience working within large enterprise or financial services environments
  • Knowledge of Agile metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement practices
  • Experience coaching Agile teams and mentoring team members
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
