The Data Validation Supervisor oversees the coordination, review, and validation of data and system requests to support business operations and reporting needs. This role works closely with end-users and Data Analysts to define requirements, support the development of reports and dashboards, ensure data accuracy, and monitor team workloads to promote timely and effective service delivery., * * Maintains professional standards while fostering a positive and supportive work environment that promotes healthy balance, encourages growth, recognizes achievements, and prioritizes open communication to help staff thrive and excel.
- Provides direct supervision and oversight of the Data Analyst team.
- Participates in meetings with end-users to gather and assess new data and system requests.
- Assists in data mapping for forms, reports, dashboards, and other data solutions.
- Translates end-user needs into technical data requirements, including relevant tables, fields, and system logic.
- Conducts first-level validation and quality review of completed data requests to ensure accuracy and alignment with requirements.
- Reviews validated requests and deliverables with requesting parties to confirm expectations and outcomes.
- Collaborates with Data Analysts to review request requirements, priorities, and technical specifications
- Monitors and manage team workloads to support timely completion of requests and operational efficiency
- Ensures timely responses to all inquiries and requests, with a commitment to addressing and resolving issues within 24 hours to maintain efficient operations and employee/individual satisfaction.
- Takes lead and ownership of assigned tasks and special projects within the teams and assist with coverage as needed.
- Maintains an up-to-date Outlook calendar to accurately reflect work-related meetings, appointments, and availability.
- Familiarity with CCO/ OPWDD regulations as well as Tri-County Care policies.
- Participation in internal and external meetings and committees as needed.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by supervisor, to support overall organization's goals and objectives
Requirements

Ability to quickly learn new software as an administrator

Willingness to learn SQL

Ability to work independently in a hands-on role

Ability to clearly communicate status, deliverable needs and risks
Preferred skills:

Experience working as a CCO Care Manager

Basic understanding of coding concepts behind is preferred but not required
