Job description

  • Act as the Tier III escalation point for technical issues.
  • Lead infrastructure and cloud migration projects.
  • Design, build, and maintain Microsoft Windows Server environments.
  • Install, configure, and administer Linux servers.
  • Deploy and maintain Microsoft Exchange (On-Premises and Microsoft 365 Exchange Online).
  • Design and deploy Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud solutions.
  • Build physical servers including RAID configuration, BIOS, firmware, operating system installation, virtualization, and production deployment.
  • Configure and manage Hyper-V and VMware virtualization environments.
  • Design and maintain Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, Certificate Services, and Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Perform Microsoft 365 tenant administration including:
  • Exchange Online
  • SharePoint Online
  • Teams
  • OneDrive
  • Licensing
  • Security & Compliance
  • Implement hybrid Active Directory and Entra ID synchronization.
  • Plan and execute server migrations and infrastructure upgrades.
  • Perform disaster recovery planning, backup implementation, and recovery testing.
  • Troubleshoot advanced networking issues involving VLANs, VPNs, routing, switching, firewalls, and DNS.
  • Work directly with clients to gather requirements and recommend solutions.
  • Document infrastructure, procedures, and project work.
  • Mentor Tier I and Tier II engineers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Systems Administration experience.
  • 3+ years working for a Managed Service Provider preferred.
  • Experience leading infrastructure projects.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong customer communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client environments simultaneously.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
