Job description
We''re looking for an experienced TigerGraph DBA to administer, optimize, and support enterprise TigerGraph (NoSQL) environments across Development, Test, UAT, Production, and Disaster Recovery platforms., Install, configure, administer, patch, and upgrade TigerGraph environments. Plan and execute patching activities across DEV, SIT, UAT, PROD, and DR. Automate operational processes using Shell Scripting and Python. Monitor database performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system reliability. Manage backup, recovery, High Availability (HA), and Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies. Support production environments, incident management, and root cause analysis. Implement security controls, RBAC, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with application, infrastructure, security, and data engineering teams.
Requirements
Strong hands-on experience with TigerGraph Administration. Experience with TigerGraph installation, configuration, patching, and upgrades. Knowledge of GSQL, GraphStudio, graph data modeling (vertices, edges, relationships), and performance tuning. Strong Linux/Unix Administration experience. Proficiency in Shell Scripting and Python. Experience with backup/recovery, HA, DR, and production support. Knowledge of distributed systems, clustering, and database performance tuning. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and vulnerability remediation. Previous DBA experience with TigerGraph and/or SQL Server. Experience with Neo4j or other NoSQL databases is a plus. Financial services or regulated industry experience is preferred.
