Requirements

  • 9 12 years of software development experience
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in Python development
  • Strong experience with UiPath (REFramework, Document Understanding, Communications Mining, Queues, Libraries)
  • Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django
  • Experience with AI-assisted development (Microsoft Copilot, LLMs, Agentic AI, Prompt Engineering)
  • Strong understanding of OOP, data structures, and software design principles
  • Experience with pytest, unittest, and test automation
  • Experience designing and maintaining enterprise-scale RPA solutions
  • Hands-on experience deploying UiPath bots, robots, and automation workflows
  • Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills

Preferred:

  • Banking/Financial Services domain experience
  • Knowledge of payment systems
  • UiPath Academy Developer Certification
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
