PeopleSoft Functional Consultant

• Provide functional support and configuration for the PeopleSoft Travel & Expense module.
• Analyze business requirements and implement system enhancements.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide Level 2 support.
• Coordinate testing, upgrades, and release activities.
• Create and maintain functional design documentation.
• Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and third-party vendors.
• Support compliance, security, and audit initiatives.
• Participate in Fiscal Year-End processing, disaster recovery exercises, and major incident management.

• Extensive experience with Oracle PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2, including Travel & Expense, General Ledger, and Accounts Payable.
• Strong experience configuring the Travel & Expense module, including Expense Reports, Cash Advances, Travel Authorizations, Per Diem, Mileage, Approval Workflows, Corporate Credit Cards, and ChartField mapping.
• Hands-on experience with production support, issue resolution, functional testing, UAT, release management, and system enhancements.
• Working knowledge of Application Designer, SQL, SQR, BI Publisher, Integration Broker, PUM, Change Assistant, Fluid UI, and Elasticsearch.
• Experience supporting batch processing and Run My Jobs (RMJ) monitoring.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes, incident management, and ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
• Strong understanding of PeopleSoft security, system configuration, and ERP best practices.
• Excellent communication, documentation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience:

• 10+ years of Oracle PeopleSoft FSCM experience with strong functional expertise in Travel & Expense.
