Java Fullstack Lead/Architect

• Lead architecture, design, and development of full-stack applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and customers to gather requirements and define solutions.
• Provide technical guidance to development teams.
• Ensure application scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.

Preferred: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Google Cloud Platform services.

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Lead/Architect Full Stack Developer to drive the design, development, and evolution of enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Angular, solid experience in Java-based backend development, and exposure to Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform). Beyond technical skills, this role requires a strong business mindset, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to collaborate directly with stakeholders and customers to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.

Key Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with Angular (primary skill).
• Good experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices.
• Exposure to Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) preferred.
• Experience designing scalable enterprise applications and providing technical leadership.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Strong stakeholder and customer-facing communication skills.
• Experience leading development teams, conducting code reviews, and driving best practices.Knowledge of cloud-native architectures, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.
