Job description
We are looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist to manage and maintain all of our IT systems. In this role, you will ensure our infrastructure is reliable, secure, and up-to-date. Additionally, experience in healthcare-related fields that require endpoint monitoring is necessary.
This role requires the ability to work onsite up to 5 days a week, with Monday, Tuesday, and Friday as required in-office days. Additional days may be needed as business needs dictate.
What You'll Do:
- Provide on-site technical support to staff including access management, onboarding, and offboarding
- Manage all of our IT systems - primarily SaaS using Google Workspace, Apple laptops with JAMF, and PCs with Intune
- Facility IT management including Cisco Meraki, power to desks, keyboard, video, mouse setup and conference room A/V configurations with Google Meet and Logitech
- Work with customer delivery teams to help integrate our product with our customer's IT teams (such as SSO/SAML)
- Manage routing and access control lists with Tailscale
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in managing IT systems
- Experience with Google Workspace, Terraform, and JAMF
- Experience with InTune, Duo, Azure, Google Cloud networking, Tailscale, and Apple hardware is preferred
- Experience with setting up and managing site-to-site VPNs
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with healthcare or other regulated industries, We value in-person collaboration and connection. For Bay Area-based employees, this role requires being in our San Mateo office at least three days a week. For remote employees, occasional travel to headquarters is expected for company-wide events and onsite gatherings.
