Job description

  • Provide technical support to employees on hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Monitor and respond to tickets on ServiceNow platform.
  • Perform desktop, laptop, and mobile device support for Windows and Mac OS
  • Perform Active Directory management, create and manage user accounts, and permissions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft Office 365 and Exchange
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Azure AD, Infoblox, WIFI Technologies, and Proofpoint
  • Monitor and maintain company's IT systems, including servers and networks.
  • Provide technical guidance to end-users and recommend solutions to technical issues.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams and vendors to resolve issues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and asset management records.

Requirements

Shutterfly LLC is seeking a highly motivated Level 2 Helpdesk Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience in ServiceNow, Office 365, Azure AD, On-Premise Active Directory systems, and a good understanding of Azure AD, Infoblox, WIFI Technologies, and Proofpoint.

This role requires an individual who has experience providing high touch technical support services to a demanding customer group in a fast-paced work environment. The position will be full time, on-site at our facility in Fort Mill, SC., * High School Diploma or equivalent, Associate's in Information Technology or related field is a plus

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Level 2 Helpdesk Technician
  • Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system.
  • Experience in Windows 10/11.
  • Experience in MAC OS.
  • Strong proficiency in Office 365, Azure AD, On-Premises Active Directory systems
  • Knowledge of Azure AD, Infoblox, Wi-Fi Technologies, and Proofpoint
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
