Job description
- Lead and manage software engineering teams to deliver high-quality, scalable applications supporting pharmacy operations
- Define and execute the engineering roadmap aligned with business and regulatory requirements
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
- Oversee application architecture, integration, and lifecycle management across enterprise systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, compliance, product, vendors) to deliver solutions
- Manage vendor and offshore resources, ensuring performance, quality, and adherence to policies
- Drive process improvements, Agile practices, and operational efficiency within the engineering team
- Monitor system performance, reliability, and incident response to support critical business operations

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of software engineering experience
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare, pharmacy systems, or regulated environments handling PHI
- 3+ years of experience/knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum)

The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
