Job description

  • Lead and manage software engineering teams to deliver high-quality, scalable applications supporting pharmacy operations
  • Define and execute the engineering roadmap aligned with business and regulatory requirements
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
  • Oversee application architecture, integration, and lifecycle management across enterprise systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, compliance, product, vendors) to deliver solutions
  • Manage vendor and offshore resources, ensuring performance, quality, and adherence to policies
  • Drive process improvements, Agile practices, and operational efficiency within the engineering team
  • Monitor system performance, reliability, and incident response to support critical business operations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • 8+ years of software engineering experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare, pharmacy systems, or regulated environments handling PHI
  • 3+ years of experience/knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum)

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
