Factors that may be used to determine your actual rate of pay include your specific skills, years of experience and other factors., The Senior Manager of Data Integration will be responsible for overseeing the seamless integration of data across various platforms and systems and across all Sysco companies such as Sysco Labs, Sysco Specialty, Sysco USBL etc.. They will lead the design, development and implementation of enterprise-level data pipelines and ELT (Extract, Transform and Load) solutions, bridging technical data architecture with business strategy. Ensure data quality, system integrations and data governance across platforms to drive actionable insights and operations efficiency.
25% Design, build and maintain scalable data pipelines.
25% Establish data standards, improve data quality, ensure security, and align integration efforts with company-wide data governance policies.
25% Partner and collaborate a multitude of cross functional business teams such as Finance, Operations, SUS, SCIM, OMAE to translate business requirements into functional, integrated data models and work across all Sysco companies such as Sysco Labs, Sysco Specialty, Sysco USBL etc
25% Manage data flows, ensuring data quality and consistency and troubleshooting issues and maintenance of complex data integrations, ensuring 24/7 reliability.
Requirements
High school diploma; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required Education Preferred: Click or tap here to enter text. Experience Required: 7+ years of experience in data warehousing, application database development and/or analytics; 5+ years of active SQL coding, data integration, ETL processes, SQL and database management and cloud data integration platforms
Skills and Abilities:
- Expertise in data modeling and architecture
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g.,SUS,SAP,Salesforce), etc
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Strong business acumen and proven track record for driving business results
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical teams, This position requires the ability to sit, stand, walk and use hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse and telephone to talk and hear. Must be able to bend, reach and stoop occasionally. Ability to look and stare at a computer screen for hours at a time., Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
