This exciting opportunity on the National Airspace (NAS) Implementation Support (NISC IV) contract is high-profile work in a dynamic and exciting environment., The position is responsible for ensuring requirements and milestones are being met and monitoring and reporting performance. The successful candidate will work independently to achieve objectives with significant impact on operational results, develop solutions to problems and issues that are unclear and require thorough analyses and understanding, and be responsible for audits and reviews of work done in other FAA organizations. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of government practices and approaches.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders across FAA, Department of Transportation (DOT), and other federal agencies.
- Provide logistical support for meetings, including distributing related documents and ensuring appropriate individuals are included.
- Track, monitor, and document the status and implementation of recommendations and corrective actions, and coordinate their closure
- Directly responsible for preparing draft communications related to engagements for internal or external distribution.
- Analyze reports, recommendations, and other data, and effectively communicate this information accurately and comprehensively, including the identification of trends.
- Draft guidance, policies, and standard operating procedures to document audit requirements and workflows.
- Utilize internal systems (e.g., SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, E2, Concur, or agency-specific tools) to update data tracking to ensure information remains accurate and current.
- Coordinate deliverable schedules to ensure timely responses to data and other requests.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 4 to 8 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2+ years of prior relevant experience. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Excellent written communication skills are a must. This position requires the incumbent to proof, edit, and finalize official documents using independent discretion on completion and disbursement.
- Ability to communicate to various levels of management and proficiency in scheduling, coordinating, and facilitating meetings with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience analyzing data and responding to data requests, preliminary reports, draft reports, final reports, and recommendations within set milestones.
- High proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office applications to include Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain Public Trust Security clearance., * Prior experience working in federal government contracting.
- Experience with audit requirements and workflows.
- Working knowledge of FAA systems.
- Working knowledge of Adobe
