Job description
- Manage and maintain phone inventory at the Wickliffe location, ensuring sufficient quantities are available to support upcoming site implementations.
- Configure and provision individual phones for deployment to various sites across the country.
- Coordinate and ensure timely shipment of phones to meet site go-live deadlines.
- Participate in hands-on deployment activities at Northeast Ohio locations.
- Track, document, and manage work assignments and inventory status using appropriate ticketing tools and systems.

Requirements
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional for our Client to support the provisioning, configuration, and deployment of Teams-enabled phones across multiple site locations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring devices are properly prepared, tracked, and delivered on time to support successful site go-live events. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with inventory systems, following technical instructions, and collaborating with a team during on-site deployments., * Proven experience provisioning computers or similar devices; experience configuring Teams-enabled phones is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage both time and inventory effectively.
- Ability to follow detailed written instructions accurately and consistently.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Experience working with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or comparable platforms for tracking work requests.
