Requirements
*) Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, forms, records, portals, and workflow components that support customer service operations.
*) Develop business rules, client scripts, UI actions, script includes, and Flow Designer automations to enhance functionality and streamline work.
*) Build and support integrations between ServiceNow and Google CES CCaaS / CCAIP using APIs, Integration Hub, middleware, or approved interface methods.
*) Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
*) Deep knowledge of Glide API, ServiceNow architecture, common modules, Flow Designer, and API-based integrations.
*) Generally, 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and platform administration.
*) ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred.
