- Content Operations / Content Governance background
- Knowledge article publishing and lifecycle management
- Experience managing content quality, compliance, and governance workflows
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience supporting content writers and knowledge-base maintenance
- UAT testing and release support experience preferred
- HR Portal, Employee Self-Service, HR Operations, or HRSD experience highly preferred
