Job description

We are looking for a highly motivated Generative AI Engineer with AI Engineering experience to join the Business Support team. The ideal candidate will research emerging AI technologies, develop rapid prototypes, build GenAI workflows, benchmark LLMs, and collaborate with engineering teams to transition AI innovations into production-ready enterprise solutions., * AI Research & Innovation

  • Research advancements in AI/ML, LLMs, Agentic AI, and multimodal AI.
  • Evaluate emerging AI frameworks and technologies.
  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes using AI.
  • Rapid Prototyping
  • Develop proof-of-concept AI applications using Python.
  • Build AI workflows and agent-based systems.
  • Create Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications.
  • Integrate modern AI APIs and SDKs.
  • Technical Evaluation
  • Perform model benchmarking and evaluation.
  • Conduct prompt engineering experiments.
  • Fine-tune and optimize AI models.
  • Document technical findings and recommendations.
  • Collaboration
  • Partner with Engineering, Product, and Data Science teams.
  • Transition prototypes into production-ready AI systems.
  • Present technical demonstrations and AI recommendations.
