Job description
- Provide desktop support for Windows and iOS corporate devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
- Coordinate with multiple IT teams to resolve incidents and execute change requests.
- Install, configure, and support Microsoft Office, enterprise applications, and third-party software.
- Assist with Active Directory user administration and basic Group Policy tasks.
- Support end users by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of desktop support experience, * 3+ years of hands-on desktop support experience.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Windows 7/10 operating systems.
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy.
- Experience supporting Windows and iOS corporate devices.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, networking, web and application services, and cloud environments.

- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Effective time management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
