Salesforce Lead Developer

We are hiring a Salesforce Lead Developer with strong Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and Banking domain experience, along with hands-on expertise in Data 360, Agentforce (AI), and Omni-Channel.This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for designing, building, and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions for enterprise banking transformation programs., · Lead end-to-end Salesforce design & development (Apex, LWC, APIs) · Implement Financial Services Cloud (FSC) - customer 360, onboarding, KYC, lending workflows · Build unified customer data platform using Salesforce Data 360 (Data Cloud) · Develop AI-powered solutions using Agentforce (Agent Builder, Prompt Builder, Einstein AI) · Configure Omni-Channel routing & messaging (chat, voice, digital) · Design scalable integrations & architecture across enterprise systems · Lead code reviews, and delivery execution
