Requirements
- 7-10+ years of Business Analyst experience
- Experience with HRIS and SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central)
- Experience with data visualization tools
- Strong business and technical requirements gathering, analysis, elication, modeling, validation, and documentation
- Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery environments
- Technical understanding of digital platforms, cloud applications, APIs, web services, and server-side components
- Strong SQL skills (intermediate to advanced)
- Experience with scripting
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, SoapUI, and REST API clients
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Formulas, Macros)
- Experience with Microsoft Visio, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
