Job description

We are seeking a talented and motivated Application Developer with experience in Appian, BPM, or Full Stack Web Development. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications on the Appian platform, working across front-end UI/UX, backend databases, and business process modeling., * Design, develop, and maintain Appian-based enterprise applications.

  • Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.
  • Build responsive front-end applications using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.
  • Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications.
  • Support QA testing, resolve defects, and implement fixes.
  • Maintain technical documentation for applications, code, and processes.
  • Ensure application security and data protection compliance.
  • Work in Agile teams while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Appian or Full Stack Development experience.
  • Strong experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL Server or other relational databases.
  • Strong SQL programming and query optimization skills.
  • Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
  • Experience with Git version control.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Appian SAIL, Records, Integrations, and Web APIs.
  • Python and Flask development.
  • Kubernetes.
  • Investment Banking domain experience.
  • Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
