Job description
Treasure AI is seeking a Product Alliance Director, Technology Partnerships to own and deepen our strategic relationships with key cloud data warehouse and analytics vendors - including Snowflake, Databricks, and Google BigQuery. This is a high-visibility, cross-functional role sitting at the intersection of product, partnerships, and go-to-market, reporting into the Product Management organization.
The ideal candidate brings a rare combination of technical depth, business acumen, and AI fluency. You can hold a credible architecture conversation with a solutions engineer in the morning, and present a compelling joint value proposition to a C-suite partner in the afternoon - all without leaning on R&D resources until a truly deep engineering discussion is warranted.
You will be the primary product point of contact for Treasure AI's data warehouse ecosystem partners, driving alignment on joint roadmaps, co-sell motions, and integration strategy. You will also work closely with GTM to map ICP target accounts, identify expansion opportunities, and help translate technical differentiation into revenue impact.
Responsibilities:
Partnership Ownership
- Serve as the primary product liaison for Treasure AI's relationships with Snowflake, Databricks, Google BigQuery, and other strategic data platform partners.
- Own the joint product roadmap and integration backlog with each partner, ensuring Treasure AI's capabilities are deeply embedded in partner ecosystems.
- Negotiate and align on co-sell agreements, marketplace listings, and technical partnership tiers.
- Represent Treasure AI at partner events, technical working groups, and executive business reviews.
Technical Engagement
- Lead architecture-level discussions with partner SEs and technical leadership - fluently covering data ingestion, query federation, identity resolution, and AI/ML pipelines.
- Independently evaluate integration opportunities and write functional specifications without requiring R&D involvement in initial scoping phases.
- Monitor partner platform roadmaps and assess impact on Treasure AI's product strategy and competitive positioning.
GTM & Revenue Enablement
- Collaborate with Sales and Solutions Engineering to map ICP target accounts where joint partner motions create the highest revenue leverage.
- Develop co-marketing assets, joint solution briefs, and sales plays that help field teams position Treasure AI within the partner ecosystem.
- Define and track partnership KPIs including influenced pipeline, co-sell deal counts, and integration adoption metrics.
AI-Native Execution
- Self-sufficiently create high-quality assets - branded decks, one-pagers, competitive briefs, and demo narratives - using AI-assisted tooling.
- Rapidly prototype integration concepts and partner use cases to validate technical feasibility before engaging engineering resources.
- Champion AI-fluent ways of working across the partnerships function, setting the bar for speed and output quality.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product management, technical partnerships, or solutions engineering - ideally in a B2B SaaS or data/AI company.
- Demonstrated experience working with one or more of: Snowflake, Databricks, Google BigQuery, or comparable cloud data platforms.
- Strong technical foundation - able to understand and discuss data architecture, APIs, identity graphs, and AI/ML pipelines at a conceptual-to-functional level.
- Proven business acumen - experience building joint business cases, co-sell motions, or partner GTM programs that influenced revenue.
- AI fluency - actively uses AI tools in your daily workflow; can rapidly prototype, draft, and iterate using LLM-based tooling.
- Exceptional communication skills - able to adapt from a whiteboard with architects to a boardroom with executives.
- High degree of independence - comfortable making decisions and driving outcomes without heavy process scaffolding or cross-functional hand-holding.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in a CDP, customer data platform, or marketing technology company.
- Familiarity with data clean rooms, zero-copy architectures, or composable CDP patterns.
- Experience working on Snowflake Native Apps, Databricks Marketplace listings, or Google Cloud Partner Advantage programs.
- Background in solutions consulting or pre-sales technical roles.
