The Salesforce Health Cloud Development Lead is responsible for leading the development and technical execution of Salesforce Health Cloud solutions for healthcare organizations. This role focuses on overseeing a team of developers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality customizations, integrations, and applications within the Salesforce platform. The Development Lead will work closely with architects, business analysts, and project managers to ensure the successful design, development, and deployment of Salesforce Health Cloud solutions that meet the unique needs of the healthcare industry., * Expected to have expert knowledge of Salesforce Health applications implemented by Accenture
- Expected to have expert knowledge in DevOps (including tools), CI/CD concepts, Integrations (health specific) etc.
- Owns and facilitates key technical meetings with client counterparts and technology partner leadership
- Owns or leads code review activities
- May own all aspects of technology architecture design and technical documentation for Salesforce applications.
- Actively assesses technical risks and potential issues before they happen, proposes mitigations and strategies to solve
- Owns most or all deliverables in their respective workstream; works with almost no oversight to create plans for deliverable completion and executes successfully
- Leads technical architecture teams and may be responsible for managing multiple onshore and offshore teams
- Works directly with integration partner leadership and other client technology leadership sponsors
- Advises and leads others to identify, plan for, and resolve a complex technical problem in their respective workstream
- Expert in Salesforce development, MuleSoft development, DevOps setup (at least one of these)
- Lead technical architecture activities and suggest best practices and strategies for building and scaling Salesforce applications
- Provides mentorship, guidance, and helps create a positive culture in their teams
- Works collaboratively with non-technical resources to assist in their understanding of technical concepts
- Plays a lead role in technology workshops with client and technology integration partners
This is a hybrid role in Chesterbrook, PA and will require 3 days per week in the office. May consider qualified candidates in Orlando, FL
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Salesforce Development with at least 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud
- Salesforce Health Cloud Consultant Certification
- Salesforce Platform Developer Certification
- Salesforce Admin certification
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
Bonus points if you have:
- Proven experience managing a development team, leading development projects, and delivering Salesforce Health Cloud solutions in a healthcare environment.
- Strong experience with Salesforce development tools such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and the Salesforce Platform.
- Platform App Builder Certification
- Data Cloud Certification
- MuleSoft Certification
Proven experience managing a development team, leading development projects, and delivering Salesforce Health Cloud solutions in a healthcare environment. Strong experience with Salesforce development tools such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and the Salesforce Platform.
