Data Analyst

We are seeking a Data Analyst to collect, analyze, and translate business data into meaningful insights that support informed decision-making. This individual will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, gather and document requirements, and develop reports and analyses that clearly communicate trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Experience working as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or in a similar analytical role

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements into reporting or analytical solutions

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, complex formulas, data validation, and data analysis

Strong SQL skills, including writing queries, joining tables, filtering data, and aggregating results

Ability to analyze large datasets and identify trends, patterns, and inconsistencies

Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

Ability to explain analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Experience with Power BI or another data visualization platform
