IT Manager

We are seeking a hands-on IT Manager to lead day-to-day IT operations, support infrastructure modernization efforts, and oversee technical projects. This role combines people leadership with deep technical expertise and will be responsible for managing service desk operations, cloud initiatives, server migrations, security improvements, and vendor relationships., * Manage daily IT operations, including service desk support and incident response.

• Lead infrastructure projects such as Azure configuration, Microsoft 365 administration, server migrations, and remediation initiatives.
• Support the organization's transition from on-premise environments to Microsoft Azure.
• Ensure systems are secure, compliant, and operating efficiently.
• Manage and mentor one internal Service Desk team member.
• Coordinate with external vendors, consultants, and technology partners.
• Maintain and support Windows and Linux server environments.
• Drive continuous improvement of IT processes, security, and system reliability.

• 5+ years of IT infrastructure and systems administration experience.
• 1-2 years of IT leadership or management experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, and cloud technologies.
• Experience supporting and migrating Windows and Linux server environments.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure, security, and systems issues.
• Experience managing vendors and IT service providers.

Preferred Skills

• Azure migration and cloud transformation experience.
• Microsoft remediation, security, and compliance project experience.
• Strong background in network, server, and infrastructure administration.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
