IT Manager - Hands on

We are seeking a hands-on IT Manager to oversee all technology operations for a growing company of fewer than 100 employees. This role will serve as the primary IT leader responsible for Azure infrastructure, Microsoft 365, business applications, data management, cybersecurity, and future AI initiatives., * Manage and support Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange.

• Oversee network infrastructure, cybersecurity, backups, disaster recovery, and endpoint management.
• Administer and enhance business applications, ERP, CRM, and other SaaS platforms.
• Manage data, reporting, SQL databases, and Power BI environments.
• Partner with business leaders to identify and implement technology solutions.
• Evaluate and deploy AI, automation, and Microsoft Copilot solutions to improve business processes.
• Manage third-party vendors, consultants, and technology budgets.
• Provide hands-on user support while leading strategic technology initiatives.

• 5+ years of IT experience with broad infrastructure, applications, and data expertise.
• Strong experience with Azure and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Experience supporting business applications, reporting, and system integrations.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and cloud technologies.
• Experience with Power BI, SQL, ERP/CRM platforms, and AI tools is highly preferred.
