Job description
One TEKsystems global clients are seeking a highly skilled HPC / GPU Infrastructure Engineer with deep expertise in NVIDIA GPU environments, PowerEdge servers, and Linux-based high-performance computing systems. This role will focus on deployment, optimization, and lifecycle management of GPU clusters in large-scale environments, supporting advanced workloads including GenAI and HPC applications. Key Responsibilities Deploy, configure, and validate GPU clusters using NVIDIA Base Command Manager Perform multi-node testing, benchmarking, and performance tuning Execute cluster-level code upgrades aligned with approved versions and compatibility standards Manage and maintain server infrastructure including: iDRAC configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting Firmware updates (BIOS, NICs, storage, and system components) Utilize Redfish APIs for automation, monitoring, and system management Configure and manage NVIDIA BlueField DPUs Support GPU observability and performance profiling Ensure

system reliability and performance in Linux-based parallel computing environments Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to deliver technical solutions Required Qualifications Hands-on experience with Dell PowerEdge Rack/Tower servers Strong experience with NVIDIA GPU environments and certifications Proven expertise in: GPU deployment and cluster configuration Multi-node HPC environments Linux (Red Hat-based distributions) Red Hat Certification (RHCSA/RHCE) or 7+ years of equivalent experience Experience with GenAI/HPC networking, including InfiniBand and/or RoCE Strong proficiency with benchmarking tools: HPL, STREAM, NCCL, RCCL, MxP, OSU Microbenchmarks Excellent customer-facing and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with PowerEdge XE servers Familiarity with NVIDIA Quantum (QR) switches NVIDIA certifications (e.g., NCA, NCE, DGX) Experience with: NVIDIA UFM, InfiniBand, Spectrum-X fabrics Hybrid cloud or GPU cloud environments GPU monitoring and performance analysis tools Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Key Skills HPC infrastructure design and operations GPU cluster deployment and optimization Linux system administration at scale Network fabrics (InfiniBand, RoCE) Automation and API-driven management (Redfish) Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
