Job description
We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to design and lead the architecture for an Employee Digital Twin (EDT) platform. The ideal candidate will translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, define enterprise architecture, and lead integration across HR platforms, AI services, analytics, and cloud-native applications. The role requires expertise in microservices, API-first architecture, event-driven systems, HR technology integrations, GenAI enablement, cloud platforms, security, and enterprise architecture governance., Solution Architecture
- Translate business requirements into scalable solution architecture.
- Design end-to-end enterprise architecture aligned with business objectives.
- Prepare High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and technology roadmaps.
HR Platform & Data Architecture
- Architect integrations across HRIS, Talent Management, Payroll, and external enterprise systems.
- Design employee profile models, skills graphs, career pathing, and workforce analytics solutions.
- Define scalable enterprise data models supporting AI-driven applications.
- Design batch and real-time data processing architectures.

- Experience integrating HRIS, Talent, Payroll, or enterprise SaaS platforms.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML platforms and Generative AI integration.
- Experience developing HLDs, LLDs, and architecture documentation.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-native architectures and enterprise security.
- Experience leading architecture governance and technical design reviews.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills., * Experience with Employee Digital Twin (EDT), HRTech, or Digital Workforce platforms.
- Experience with graph databases or knowledge graphs.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, and Infrastructure as Code.
