SAP SD/CS Consultant

We are seeking a high-caliber Lead SAP SD/CS Consultant with 10+ years of hands-on experience to spearhead our Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Service-to-Cash projects. In this strategic role, you will be part of global implementations, system architecture redesigns, and digital transformations. You will act as the core Subject Matter Expert SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) Order Management: Design complex OTC workflows, including scheduling agreements, third-party sales, intercompany billing, and advanced returns. Pricing & Conditions: Configure sophisticated pricing procedures utilizing the condition technique, custom routines, and multi-currency tax frameworks. Logistics Execution: Optimize shipping point determination, route configurations, transport scheduling, and Availability Checks (aATP). Master Data: Architect scalable Master Data Governance models for customer, material, and partner determinations SAP CS (Customer Service) Domain Expertise Service Lifecycle: Configure end-to-end Service Order Management, Service Notifications, and Service Confirmations. Contract & Warranty Management: Define complex annual maintenance contracts, value/quantity service agreements, and multi-tier warranty counter structures. Repairs Processing: Design integrated reverse logistics workflows for customer returns, depot repair evaluations, and refurbishment orders.

Must have S4 HANA working experience, knowledge on BTP and Interfaces.
