Job description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer / Business Systems Analyst to support enterprise application development while partnering closely with business stakeholders to analyze processes, gather requirements, and deliver scalable technology solutions. This individual will serve as the liaison between business users, development teams, vendors, and third-party partners, leading projects from requirements gathering through implementation and ongoing production support., * Develop and maintain full-stack Java applications and supporting databases.

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and functional specifications.
  • Design, develop, test, implement, and support enterprise software solutions.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and drive root cause analysis through resolution.
  • Lead application enhancements and new system implementations.
  • Partner with business users to improve processes and identify technology solutions.
  • Manage software changes using a structured change management process.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, customers, vendors, and third-party partners.
  • Support API and EDI integrations, including monitoring and troubleshooting transaction flows.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and system documentation.
  • Train end users on new functionality and system enhancements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Information Technology.
  • 5+ years of hands-on full software development lifecycle (SDLC) experience in an Agile environment.
  • Strong experience gathering business requirements and writing functional specifications.
  • Experience leading projects and working directly with business stakeholders.
  • Strong troubleshooting and production support experience.

Required Technical Skills Candidates should have strong experience with:
