Product UI Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product UI Designer to craft engaging, accessible, and visually compelling digital experiences for enterprise applications. This role involves translating user needs, business goals, and brand standards into intuitive, responsive interfaces. Collaborate closely with UX, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver polished user interfaces that prioritize usability, accessibility, and visual excellence. If you have a strong background in designing enterprise web and mobile applications, creating scalable design systems, and delivering high-quality UI solutions, we want to hear from you., * Design intuitive user interfaces for enterprise web and mobile platforms, incorporating modern visual principles for typography, color, layout, and hierarchy.

• Translate business requirements into engaging, user-friendly digital experiences that ensure visual consistency across various applications and devices.
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components, working closely with engineering teams for seamless implementation.
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and production-ready designs for responsive experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• Define interaction behaviors, micro-interactions, and animations to enhance usability and user engagement.
• Collaborate throughout the product lifecycle with UX designers, developers, and product teams, providing design specifications and participating in reviews and workshops.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to continuous UI and design system improvements.

• Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• 7+ years of professional UI or product design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing enterprise application UI design
• Expert proficiency in Figma and experience developing scalable design systems and reusable components

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and accessibility testing tools
• Experience supporting enterprise software applications and familiarity with AI-assisted design tools
