Network and Computer Systems Administrators

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Network and Computer Systems Administrators to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client's project requirements and company delivery standards., The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Deploy, configure, administer, and maintain virtual desktop infrastructure and cloud-based desktop environments.
2. Manage virtualization platforms, Windows server environments, endpoint management solutions, and system provisioning.
3. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot infrastructure, networking, and connectivity issues, and implement security best practices.
4. Develop automation solutions, maintain technical documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure operations and continuous improvements.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience

5+ years of experience in Azure infrastructure, virtual desktop administration, virtualization technologies, and enterprise systems management.

Technical Skills

Microsoft Azure, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), Hyper-V, VMware, Windows Server, Microsoft Intune, SCCM

Business / Domain Skills

Infrastructure Administration, System Administration, Network Management, Security Management, Automation, Technical Documentation

Communication

Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Documentation

Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

Work Authorization

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience with scripting and automation tools for infrastructure management.
2. Knowledge of networking concepts, firewall configurations, endpoint management, and cloud security best practices.
