Job description
Field calls from clients & customers regarding pension plans, healthcare plans, and financial information
-Receive upward of 100-150 calls per day
-Enter customer info/conversation info into database while fielding inbound call
-Field calls with the utmost level of customer service
-Inbound phone calls
-Pension plans, Disability,
-High volume calls
-Enter customer information

Answer and direct incoming calls in a high volume of call switchboard environment

Ability to answer with a defined script and an enthusiastic manner and time

Requirements
Enthusiasm Multitasking Inbound Calls, * 1 year of call center customer service experience
- Microsoft office proficient
- Type 35 WPM

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of White Plains, NY. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
