Job description
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Agile Coach to lead and accelerate Agile adoption across our organization. This individual will play a critical role in driving enterprise-wide transformation by educating teams, mentoring leaders, coaching cross-functional groups, and implementing Agile practices that enhance delivery, collaboration, and innovation. The Agile Coach will partner closely with Technology, Business, and senior leadership to cultivate a high-performing Lean-Agile culture and enable teams to deliver value efficiently and predictably., * Deliver Agile learning solutions including training, workshops, and coaching.
- Educate colleagues at all levels on Agile principles, tools, and techniques.
- Develop Agile training materials, playbooks, and process guidelines.
- Mentor and coach Business and Technology teams on Agile frameworks and best practices.
- Lead teams through Agile adoption, including project initiation, goal alignment, and change management.
- Design and execute organizational Agile adoption strategies.
- Facilitate communication and mediation across diverse technical and business groups.
- Assess teams against Agile best practices and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
- Identify and implement improvements in engineering methods, standards, and processes.
Requirements
Experience: 5-7 years of relevant Agile experience, with at least 5 years of Agile Coaching experience in large or enterprise environments. Experience coaching teams in Agile adoption or serving as a Scrum Master is also required.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP, SAFe, etc.). Expertise with JIRA and other Agile tools is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Professional Skills: Strong interpersonal, coaching, mentorship, and facilitation skills. Excellent oral and written communication, time management, and prioritization abilities. Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision and lead large initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Fortune 500 experience.
- Experience with Experience Design Coaching.
- Programming experience.
- Agile/Scrum Coach Certification.
- Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, etc.).
- SAFe Certification or a working knowledge of SAFe.
