Job description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead legacy application remediation, decommissioning, and SAP integration initiatives as part of a large-scale enterprise SAP implementation program. The ideal candidate will have strong SAP program management experience, Azure DevOps expertise, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams through testing, cutover, and go-live activities., * Lead end-to-end legacy remediation and decommissioning activities.
- Coordinate SAP integration workstreams, interface redesign, and data migration dependencies.
- Manage project plans, milestones, RAID logs, and governance activities.
- Track deliverables and project execution using Azure DevOps.
- Coordinate testing, UAT, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, SMEs, architects, and technical teams.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Provide executive-ready status reports and communicate project health to leadership.
Requirements
- 10+ years of Project Management experience
- Strong experience managing SAP Implementation or SAP Transformation projects
- Experience leading Legacy Application Remediation & Decommissioning
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for project tracking and delivery management
- Experience managing Integrated Project Plans, RAID Logs, Scope & Decision Logs
- Strong knowledge of SAP Integration, Data Migration, and Interface Management
- Experience coordinating UAT, Integrated Testing, Cutover, and Go-Live activities
- Excellent stakeholder management with business, technical teams, architects, and leadership
- Strong executive-level communication and status reporting skills
- Experience working in large enterprise environments
