Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science. Equivalent experience will be considered.
- Strong proficiency in Java 11+ and Spring Boot
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, distributed systems, and secure development
- Experience building microservices and event-driven systems (Kafka preferred).
- Experience with relational/NoSQL databases and schema standards (OpenAPI/JSON)
- CI/CD experience (Jenkins/GitHub Actions), Docker, Kubernetes.
- Comfortable working in a pair-programming (XP) environment
- Practice Test-Driven Development (TDD)
- Leverage industry standard tools for application monitoring and troubleshooting (prefer Datadog)
Core Skills Full Stack In Addition to the above Experience in frontend engineering ReactJS/AngularJS/Typescript. Strong state management experience (Redux Toolkit or equivalent). Experience building responsive, accessible, data-driven User Experiences Full-stack development across modern web applications
Preferred Skills (All) Application and Database performance tuning Working knowledge of Python Leverage Generative and Agentic AI tools for building solutions or for code generation (Cursor) Understanding of cloud and hybrid environments, including Azure, AWS, and on-prem systems
