Lead Software Engineer

Build, enhance, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java, REST APIs, Angular, and React. * Develop and maintain internal and external dashboards using Qlik Sense. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather functional and technical requirements. * Configure, maintain, and optimize Qlik Sense environments and data sources. * Manage dashboard deployments, user access, and security configurations. * Evaluate and optimize platform performance and cluster health. * Design and implement high-quality Data Marts that support enterprise products and analytics. * Partner with Data Engineering teams to ensure data quality, scalability, and integrity. * Interpret conceptual, logical, and physical data models to support application development. * Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and process flowcharts to facilitate knowledge sharing. * Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and engineering best practices across development teams.

We are looking for an experienced Lead Software Engineer to drive the design and development of next-generation software solutions and AI-powered frameworks. This hybrid role is ideal for a technology leader with expertise in modern Java-based applications, front-end technologies, APIs, and emerging AI technologies, including Agentic AI frameworks and large language models (LLMs). The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong analytical and architectural skills who enjoys solving complex business challenges while mentoring engineering teams., 15+ years of professional software engineering experience. * Strong expertise in Java application development and RESTful API design. * Hands-on experience with Angular and React. * Experience designing and implementing Agentic AI frameworks using MCP layers and Large Language Models (LLMs). * Strong analytical, architectural, and product design capabilities. * Experience working with Qlik Sense administration and dashboard development. * Solid understanding of data modeling concepts, including entities, relationships, constraints, and data types. * Experience designing and implementing Data Marts or enterprise data solutions. * Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. * Experience leading technical teams and mentoring engineers.

Preferred Qualifications * Experience building scalable enterprise platforms and cloud-native applications. * Knowledge of modern AI architecture patterns and intelligent automation frameworks. * Experience working in Agile software development environments. * Familiarity with enterprise security, governance, and deployment best practices.
