Teamcenter Integration Consultant

Teamcenter Techno-functional/ Teamcenter Technical SME on Compliance Management capability/feature

• Substance Compliance: Manage REACH, RoHS, Conflict Minerals, PFAS, SCIP, and other regulatory requirements.
• Material Compliance: Track material composition and approved substances used in products.
• Environmental Compliance: Verify products meet environmental regulations before release.
• Country of Origin Management: Manage sourcing and country-of-origin declarations for parts and assemblies.
• Supplier Compliance: Collect compliance declarations and certifications from suppliers.
• Audit & Traceability: Maintain complete traceability and audit trails for regulatory inspections.
• Compliance Reporting: Generate compliance certificates, regulatory reports, and customer declarations.
• Risk Identification: Identify non-compliant parts, materials, suppliers, or BOMs early in development

· Experience in Siemens Teamcenter, with strong implementation knowledge, coordination within development teams and Customer Management skills. · Experience in implementation and support for Teamcenter solutions like BOM Management, Change management, Security modules including SSO/LDAP Integration, Material Management IMM, TcRA, Substance Compliance, Teamcenter Manufacturing etc. Mandatory Skills: Teamcenter CAD integration, Teamcenter Active Integration Gateway product Experience (T4EA , T4S, T4O)- preferred is T4O Desired Skills: · TCL Scripting knowledge · Teamcenter application administration skillset

Position-3 Teamcenter Infra and Application Admin (Linux experience must) "~10+ years of experience in installing, deploying, upgrading, and maintaining Siemens Teamcenter PLM, with emphasis on experience in recent versions 12 - 14

• Knowledge of Dispatcher and TcRA deployment, configuration, and administration will be an additional desired skill
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to root cause end user and infrastructure related issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of AWS cloud architecture, Windows systems, along with software installations is the key. "
