Requirements
- 6 10 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, Platform Engineering, Automation, or GenAI.
- Strong Python scripting and automation development experience.
- Hands-on with LLMs, GitHub Copilot, Devin AI, OpenAI/Azure OpenAI.
- Experience building AI solutions for code remediation, RCA, test generation, and runbooks.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD, GitHub Actions, REST APIs, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform and Linux/Unix administration.
- Expertise in observability tools: Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, or New Relic.
- Solid understanding of Incident Management, Production Support, Service Reliability, and MTTR reduction.
- Experience with Kubernetes, container platforms, and cloud-native environments is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with experience collaborating across SRE, Platform Engineering, and Development teams.
