Job description
- Provide first-level technical support to end users via phone, email, and ticketing systems
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and basic network issues
- Assist users with password resets, account access, and system navigation
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and escalations in the ticketing system
- Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktop/laptop systems
- Coordinate with senior IT teams for complex technical issues
- Deliver excellent customer service while handling multiple support requests
- Maintain knowledge of company systems, applications, and IT procedures
Requirements
- Basic understanding of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and computer hardware
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced support environment
- Prior help desk, customer support, or technical support experience preferred
- Associate degree or relevant IT certification is a plus
