Job description

  • Provide first-level technical support to end users via phone, email, and ticketing systems
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and basic network issues
  • Assist users with password resets, account access, and system navigation
  • Document technical issues, resolutions, and escalations in the ticketing system
  • Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktop/laptop systems
  • Coordinate with senior IT teams for complex technical issues
  • Deliver excellent customer service while handling multiple support requests
  • Maintain knowledge of company systems, applications, and IT procedures

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and computer hardware
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced support environment
  • Prior help desk, customer support, or technical support experience preferred
  • Associate degree or relevant IT certification is a plus
