Lead Software Engineer

The Software Engineer will develop and support data engineering solutions and frameworks for Agentic products. This role is responsible for designing and maintaining DataMarts, developing Qlik dashboards, administering Qlik Sense environments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality data solutions. The position also provides technical guidance to the Data Engineering team., Data Engineering & Framework Development

• Develop and enhance data engineering frameworks supporting Agentic products
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data engineering solutions
• Work with large-scale transactional datasets while ensuring data quality and integrity
• Provide technical oversight and guidance to the Data Engineering development team

DataMart Development

• Design, develop, and implement DataMarts
• Read and interpret conceptual, logical, and physical data models
• Apply data modeling principles, including:
• Entities and tables
• Relationships and constraints
• Attribute and column data types
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and performance

Dashboard Development

• Develop internal and external dashboards using Qlik
• Manage dashboard deployments
• Troubleshoot dashboard functionality and user issues

Qlik Sense Administration

• Install and configure Qlik Sense
• Expand and maintain Qlik Sense clusters
• Manage data sources
• Configure and maintain security rules
• Perform periodic cluster evaluations and maintenance

Requirements Analysis & Documentation

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather functional and system requirements
• Create technical documentation, including flowcharts and architecture diagrams
• Support knowledge sharing and documentation best practices
