Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Analyst with hands-on Salesforce Administrator experience and Seismic platform knowledge with a strong foundation in data analytics. This role requires an understanding how Seismic fits into the sales enablement ecosystem and how LiveDocs automates personalized content generation. LiveDocs uses templates, business rules, CRM data, and dynamic content to generate proposals, presentations, reports, and other customer-facing documents. Passionate about the strategic use of data to drive business results. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment and brings a customer-centric mindset to every decision.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or equivalent.
- Salesforce.com Administrator certification desired.
- 2+ years of application or production support experience.
- 3+ years of relevant experience applying systems analysis methodologies, including requirements definition, data analysis, and data mapping.
- Proven ability to partner with business and technology teams to analyze problems and design scalable, sustainable solutions.
- Strong passion for leveraging data strategically to drive business outcomes.
- Salesforce Expertise
- Hands-on experience administering Salesforce using declarative tools.
- End-to-end ownership of Salesforce data hygiene, including quality, and governance.
- Experience significantly contributing to large-scale Salesforce data hygiene initiatives.
- Advocate and champion for Salesforce data management best practices.
- Seismic Expertise
- Seismic Platform knowledge.
- CRM & Sales process knowledge, such as lead-to-opportunity, account hierarchies, pipeline stages and opportunity data structure.
- LiveDoc understanding
- Data Analytics & Data Management
- Strong data analytics background with experience analyzing large datasets.
- Deep curiosity and capability to follow data flows and understand complex data relationships.
- Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly and provide actionable, data-driven recommendations.
- Data quality expertise, including identifying issues and designing solutions using Salesforce features such as duplicate rules, matching rules, validation rules, and automation.
- Data governance experience, partnering with business and technology leadership to define data ownership, stewardship, and governance models.
- Development and implementation of Salesforce data hygiene metrics and standards.
- Root cause analysis skills to identify behavioral, process, system, or integration drivers of poor data quality and recommend improvements to business processes.
- Systems-thinking approach to assess integrations and upstream/downstream impacts.
- Familiarity with enterprise data ecosystems and tools such as ETL processes, data lakes/warehouses, and analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI).
- Experience exporting, cleansing, and re-importing Salesforce data using SOQL, Salesforce Data Loader (or similar tools), and Microsoft Excel (e.g., PivotTables, Conditional Formatting, VLOOKUP).
- API & Integration understanding.

- Strong understanding of relational database concepts and data modeling.
- Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.
- Experience working with large datasets, including structured and semi-structured data (e.g., JSON files).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and validation.

- Ability to create clear, thorough documentation, including solution designs, knowledge base articles, and step-by-step user guides.
